I just returned from a quick trip to San Diego.

This trip was full of client meetings and driving around in my old stomping grounds - truly do miss living there.

But all the driving around made me realize in the past few months my team and I have secured 5 clients in the area with a variety of needs.

> A widow that is ready to transform her entire home to help herself and her daughters move through a time of tragedy

> A past client that is ready to completely renovate their main bedroom and bathroom suite to allow them to age in place

> An international couple that need their home in San Diego to reflect their new lifestyle and travel schedule

> A client looking for paint and wallpaper selections along with project management services to keep the stress off her shoulders

> A client that is looking for real-time numbers and timelines for their home renovation - leaning on our team to do the research to provide them with this information.

PHEW! I'm exhausted just saying all of that, but it's a good exhausted.

It seems that our world has turned towards expecting things ASAP. Whether that is a website loading in one second or answers to our questions being rapid fire - we want it now.

A trend I have begun to notice in my business is a lot more of my clients are those that have been waiting for a beautifully designed space for years. They have trained for 10+ years to become successful, they have been putting everyone's needs before their own or they bought their house 15+ years ago and are finally ready to see their vision come to life.

These clients come to me with a variety of design dreams, but the one thing they have in common is that they're READY for these dreams to come true.

Sinks come in a variety of shapes and sizes, so which one do you choose?
