Lisa Gant
Designer
Lisa has the skill to instantly connect with the client, understanding the client’s style, desire, and vision for their space. Her people skills, energy and affective presence helps the client feel at ease. She believes that a client’s home should reflect their personality, values, style and whatever sparks their energy. As a designer at NKDG Lisa truly believes that spaces can be beautiful and stylish, yet still serve their functionality.
Jess Moeller
Designer
Jess has always had a passion for design and art. She attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she studied Interior Design and Marketing. The past 6 years she has thrown herself into the design world soaking up her passion. Through each design Jess is dedicated to understanding her client’s vision and cultivating a smooth and memorable design experience. She is forward thinking, listens with intention and is ambitious. As a designer at NKDG Jess is devoted to serving clients and delivering a design that exceeds expectations.
Kelsey Stewart
Marketing Manager
As the Marketing Manager for NKDG, Kelsey specializes in making our company’s core values and brand voice visible to you. This means you can trust our team to remain consistent and steadfast in our promises to you. The quality of our service and the way we serve you – won’t change with time. Kelsey combines the creative and analytical sides of business to achieve that balance a company like ours needs to serve our clients well. Creative ideas and problem solving are her jam!
Deepa Bajaj
CAD Designer/Renderer
Although Deepa has a degree in Civil Engineering, her keen interest in design drew her to Interior Designing. Having 5 years of experience in the interior designing field she has an eye for detail. She loves bringing life to the beautiful designers the designers have in their minds.
About Our Principal Designer
Hello, my name is Nikki and I’m the proud CEO and Principal Designer of NKDG.
The truth is – I was once considered an ugly duckling. School was a dreadful place; I didn’t fit in.
Unfortunately, I believed the label and no amount of care, concern, and love from my family made me feel better about myself outside our home. I needed a safe place to call my own – a Sacred Space where I would feel nurtured, loved, and happy. I had that inside my family home. I believe in the sanctity of homes filled with love and nurture. And now I realize the peace I felt during that awkward ugly-duckling stage was fueled by a knowledge that things and people can be transformed.
Like me, we all need and deserve a place of respite when we’re swamped with the ugliness of the world… a beautiful and restorative sanctuary… a Sacred Space. That’s why I’m passionate about interior design. I know transformation is possible – from ugly and discarded, to beautiful and cherished, and everything in between.
I’m an interior designer, a wife, a mother to four wonderful sons, and an advocate for lives filled with luxury, excitement, and deep joy every day. I root for the underdog, and I’ll always say yes to transformation.
Though my formal training began at the Art Institute in Albuquerque, NM, I’ve been transforming spaces as far back as I can remember. I’m a professional member of ASID and IIDA, with 20 years of interior design experience and design certifications.

On her initial visit, Nikki went through an interview and we created a plan for manifesting our goal. At that same time, Nikki began to move the furniture to create the vision. It’s amazing what the strategic placement of chairs, couches, and a love seat can do to a room. We immediately felt the shift in our living room and family room. Next, she matched the color selection of paint and wallpaper that brought all the colors together. It was amazing to watch her skill, talent, and ability to make a subtle distinction in colors and even offer assistance to me over the phone.”
